Hi, I’m Mattéo.

I build products and tools for the web. I work independently in tech, somewhere between code, product, design, security, and the less tidy parts of making things.

I started this site because too many thoughts ended up buried in a Notes app. Things I had learned. Decisions I wanted to understand. Projects I had finished, abandoned, or could not stop working on. Writing them down properly seemed more useful than letting them disappear.

Some posts are technical: code, tools, project notes, decisions, mistakes, and the occasional problem that took far too long to solve. Others are more personal. I write about work, doubt, ambition, and the gap between getting what you wanted and knowing what to do with it.

One of the projects I’m currently building is AfterHack, a WordPress security project. There will be others. Some will work. Some probably will not. Both are worth documenting.

This is not an attempt to turn every experience into advice. I’m still figuring out most of it while I write.

I also keep a playlist of what I’m listening to while I work: my Apple Music playlist .
